Steel leaves and frames, fire resistant core, perimeter seals, compatible closer and lockset are specified as one assembly. Choose a flush design or a rated vision panel for visibility in busy corridors.

05 / Before you order
Measure the opening correctly
Record the finished structural opening, wall depth and floor level before confirming the frame size. Use millimeters and send site photos with your drawing.

Width
Measure top, middle and bottom. Note the smallest clear dimension.

Height
Measure left, center and right from finished floor to underside of head.

Wall & level
Measure wall thickness at several points; note floor finish, thresholds and obstructions.
Do not subtract a generic fitting allowance yourself. Supply measured opening dimensions; we will confirm frame outside size and installation clearance on the shop drawing.

Imagine that you are the person shown below each diagram, standing outside and looking toward the room. The gold dot shows the hinge. The solid blue line shows the open door; the dashed line shows its closed position.

For a double door, mark which leaf is normally used (active leaf) on your floor plan. Send a photo from outside and draw an arrow showing the opening direction. We will confirm it on the shop drawing.
