01 / WHY THIS DOOR
Safety planning meets a refined, open look.
The door leaf, frame, fire-rated glazing, seals and compatible hardware should be specified as a complete assembly. Our team can discuss layouts and finishes around your architectural opening and project requirements.

04 / APPLICATION SETTINGS
Start with the building, then specify the door.
Each setting has different circulation, access, appearance and fire-safety needs. The examples below show the kinds of spaces where a properly specified glazed fire door assembly may be considered.
Venue images are illustrative concepts, not completed Shenghao installations or evidence of a fire rating. Review each opening with the project designer and local code.
05 / DOOR LAYOUT CATALOGUE
Choose a layout from the original drawings.
These line drawings preserve the arrangement and numbering from our Chinese detail page: a standard double door, Options 1–14, and Options 15/16. They show leaves, sidelights and transoms for discussion.
Please quote the option number, overall opening width × height, clear passage width and fixed-panel dimensions. Mullion placement, glazing area and hardware must be checked against the approved fire-tested assembly.

07 / MEASUREMENT GUIDE
Measure the finished opening in millimetres.
Width
Measure between side reveals at top, middle and bottom. Report all three readings.
Height
Measure from finished floor to the underside of the opening at left, centre and right.
Wall depth
Record wall thickness and tell us if finishes, cladding or an existing frame are present.
Site photos
Send photos from both sides plus floor and head details. Note irregular walls and thresholds.
Send the raw measurements. The frame size and installation allowance should be confirmed on the shop drawing; do not deduct a guessed clearance.
08 / OPENING DIRECTION
Confirm the swing with a plan sketch.
Label the corridor and room sides. Show the hinge side, handle side, the direction in which each leaf swings, and the active leaf for a double door. Photograph both sides of the opening. Handing terms differ by market, so a sketch with swing arrows is the clearest instruction.
Example order note: “Standing on the corridor side, the active leaf is on the right and swings toward the corridor.” Confirm this against a drawing before manufacture.
